Booking Terms & Conditions

All training bookings are subject to the terms and conditions set out below:

1. Upon completion and submission of this booking form, 21 Together will reserve a place for the named delegate. The named delegate agrees to ensure payment will be made in full to 21 Together at the time of booking or if applicable no later than the invoice due date. Non-payment in advance of the training course date may result in the delegate not being able to access the event.

2. By submitting this form, the named delegate accepts the following cancellation charges, which apply as soon as the booking is made:

a. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks but more than 2 weeks before the event incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the event charge, and

b. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the event charge.

All cancellations and requests for repayment (where applicable) must be made in writing. Replacement delegates may be nominated in writing at any time prior to the start of the event.

3. It is regretted that no refund will be made to those registrants who have booked a training place but who are unable to attend on the day. However, substitutes may be made, provided that a name is sent in writing to 21 Together prior to the event.

4. By submitting this form, the named delegate acknowledges that 21 Together will be taking photographs at the event and consents to 21 Together using those images on its social media accounts, website and for marketing purposes. If the named delegate wishes to revoke this consent, the named delegate should speak to one of the trustees of 21 Together at the start of the relevant training course
