Events and Fundraising Volunteers

21 Together endeavours to host a variety of events throughout the year, including community days, family support groups and big fundraising events. Lots of organisation and planning goes into these not only before the event but also on the day. We strive to make every event as engaging and varied as we can and so support is always welcome!

As with most charities, 21 Together relies heavily on funding from grants and the community. We are always open to suggestions and support on our community fundraising and anyone that is interested in undertaking a project to help raise funds will be truly loved and supported by the office team!

Throughout the year we host raffles/auctions at our events. If anyone has access to prizes they could kindly gift to us then please email info@21together.org.uk

Time commitment:

Very ad-hoc commitment. Come and support us for a specific event, either during the lead up to it or helping out on the day. Alternatively, request a fundraising pack and take charge of an event yourself!

Remuneration

The role of a volunteer is a voluntary position and is therefore not remunerated. However, reasonable expenses for travel, training and prior approved expenses incurred in carrying out duties may be claimed.

Location

Varied depending on where the event is held.

Skills required

This position would suit someone looking for an ad-hoc volunteering role, but no specific skills are required. If you are a friendly, approachable person willing to lend a hand then you are exactly what we need!
