Community Support Service

It’s not always easy!

Sometimes we all need help.

Raising typical children or helping guide typical young adults is tricky, but there is lot’s of advice out there. We all have friends and family who have gone before us, people we can go to when things get tough. If you have a child or young person with Down’s syndrome the level of experience around you suddenly shrinks, some of the hurdles you face will not be the same as those around you. Those usual places we go to for help and support simply don’t work if your child has additional needs.

21 Together is dedicated to supporting families and professionals to provide the best possible support for people with Down’s syndrome. Whether it is support in pregnancy, early years, transition to school, Education, Health and Care Plans, or how to navigate the health and care systems; we can help you. We have trained staff available to talk through your concerns and support you to access the right services for your family.
