With Christmas just around the corner, this may be the perfect event for you to buy a luxury gift for a special someone whilst also supporting the Charity!

Champagne and canapes will be served during the event.

Tickets are £5 and available through the following link: https://anya_sushko_exclusive.eventbrite.co.uk

The full cost of tickets plus 10% of sales will be donated to the 21 Together charity

Anna says she is hosting this event in our honour because "I have a 23 months old baby girl Sophia who has Down’s syndrome. One of the team came round to see us to offer support before Sophia was born which helped us dealing with some of our anxieties. Since then we have learnt a lot about Down’s syndrome by using resources provided by 21 Together. They are a fantastic charity and we feel very lucky to have their support."

Location: Dadson House, Pluckley Road, Bethersden TN26 3EF

POSTPONED: Prosecco and Nibbles Night - New Local Fundraising Committee

POSTPONED DUE TO LACK OF INTEREST - MORE INFO AND NEW DATES COMING SOON

Could you be part of something special?
Come and join us for bubbles and pizza (other options available too) in Canterbury.
21 Together are looking to create some small local fundraising committees. Just a few local families who are happy to get together every couple of months and organise small community based fundraising events.
Bake sales, school fair, quiz nights, boot fair or any other type of fun activity that works in your community.

You will have admin support from the office team and would link back to a trustee, but we want the local teams to really take ownership of their group. We are hoping that the groups will link up families, raise awareness and hopefully raise some funds for the charity at the same time.

We are starting in Canterbury but when we see who comes along and is interested we will endeavour to make some smaller local groups so people aren't travelling all over the county. To do this we would like lots of families to get on board, the more we have the less work involved for everyone.

Why not come along and find out what it is all about. No obligation to join a local fundraising committee if you don't think it is for you after the evening.

Dragon Boat Racing

Dragon Boat Racing

Raising funds for 21 Together

An annual dragon boat challenge is staged by the KM Charity Team to help charitable groups with their fundraising.

Teams of 11 compete with one of the crew beating a drum to dictate the pace of the paddles. They take part in a minimum of three races but the fastest teams compete in the finals at the end of the day. You may have up to 17 rowers in your squad, so fill all 17 spaces to raise more money and everyone will have at least 2 races on the day.

It is a challenge for those who wish to savour the ancient traditions of the dragon boat, as much as for those who want to test their strength and rowing technique by travelling across the 250m course in the fastest time. It is also a day for spectators as well as for people taking part.
